| 1. | Criteria for Submission of Designs - Sticker designs for the Sticker Place are accepted through www.thestickerplace.com . The artist can go to The Create Your Own section, upload their design and in the comments section request to be a contributor to the website. The Sticker Place reserves the right to reject any sticker designs that are not appropriate for the Sticker Place website. Appropriateness will be determined by the Sticker Place Sales and Marketing team. You will receive an email back if we would like you to be a contributor.

| 2. | Contributors – If your sticker design is approved, you will receive a 7 digit number that will be required when you log in as a contributor. You will see the area where the contributors log in at the bottom of page 2 of the www.thestickerplace.com. Once logged in, you will upload your art files.

| 3. | Acceptable Art Files – The Sticker Place will accept Illustrator and Coral files (these are required for production of the stickers). Note the illustrator or Coral file should be v10. The text needs to be converted to curves. Make sure you do not send Bitmaps or Tifs. The files need to vectorized. Also you will need to include a jpeg file (these are required to display your design on the Sticker Place website). The jpeg should be a RGB 450 x 450 pixels on a black background.

| 4. | Royalty Specifications - To ensure all parties are aware of how the royalty program operates, here are some basic guidelines. This is not an exhaustive list, and changes may be made at any time. When an artist’s design has generated $250.00 in gross sales, a 10% royalty payment, in the form of a cheque, will be mailed out to the current address we have on file. Each increment of $250.00 in gross sales thereafter will generate 10% royalty payments. When the artist’s designs are no longer showcased on our website (due to discontinuation etc.), a final royalty payment will be issued. It is up to the artist to keep www.thestickerplace.com informed of their current address.

| 5. | Other Terms and Conditions - All sticker prices, sales, packaging and mailings will be completed by the Sticker Place Sales and Marketing team. All questions, comments or enquiries can be directed through www.thestickerplace.com. The artist verifies that all designs are original and are not a copyright infringement. www.thestickerplace.com is not responsible for the actions of others with regards to designs on our website.
